I bought shoes for my grandmother and they were not comfortable for her, so I went to exchange for batter shoes with R100 extra to pay in and the lady who had a name tag (Agreeneth and the receipt is written Mapomo Thaga) refused and said she can't change them as is after 30days, I understend that but is not my fauld that the shoes were not comfortable and my grandmother stays far from Pretoria and she couln't go shopping on her own to do the exchange. The lady called Phaphashane Moseka tryd to assist but that mien lady kept on persuing for the exchange not to be done, finaly Thabo the manager was called and he happily assisted me then that Agreeneth throwed the shoes at me!! I could see that she was very disapointed that the manager exchanged the shoes for me She has no humanity at all... If she was employed by me I would have fired her a long time ago she has no glue about customer service and I insist she should get lessons for it..
