Clicks
Store closed before time

I would like to logged a formal complaint for Clicks Tygervalley. I was at the store on the 24 August 2013. The door was already closed at 18:55 and we ring the bell someone came and open and I advised them I need 3 dvd and he advised me they are closed and I showed him the time he told me there is nothing he can do tills are closed.
