Hi

I am highly frustrated and unhappy with the service provided to me by Identity and ARA, I recieved a letter from the attorneys a few days after my accound wa paid up, the letter was isntructing that i should make an immediate payment on my account. Iassumed that thiis means the payment was not reflecting on the system. I called the company to make an enquiry and a consultant advised that my account is back with Identity, and that i can be able to use it again. A few days later i learned that ID had registered me as a "slow payer" with one of the credit beareus, I called back the company and was told to go back to the retail store to request a credit clearance lletter, the store refused to asssist me in this regard, they adumantly told me that thy are not in a position ot dp that letter for me. I am frustrated by the level of incompetence and the unnecessary runarounds that i have been made to do. Please provide clarity on who is liable for this letter, and when will my name be cleared with the Beareau. I hope this is promptly attended to. I dont know where else to go.
