Customers treated like a criminal

Just recently your company was made mention of in the consumer watch space because of the policy you have in place which is not being honored in all stores (ie. If the item scan incorrectly the customer gets the item free and a full refund). Somehow I thought that because it made the newspapers your staff would fully understand the policy and would treat the customers better should they be faced with incidents like that. I had been in your rand ridge store twice in one week were the item was priced incorrectly. On both occasions they wanted to just reimburse me the difference until I bought up the policy but the worst part is that they treat the customer like a criminal. Because they need to triple check that it is incorrectly priced and call more than one manager to make a decision. I felt like I was made a spectacle off. Why have a policy that you find so hard to live by!!! This is really unacceptable.
