Rubbbish report given on Hellopete

Good day, I was present in their side office going through our accounts with Frankert at the time of this incident. and can openly say that this report of events is entirely misrepresented here. The person came into the premises already in quite a huff from what we could hear. He presented the colour he wanted to be made up, he didn't have any idea what paint he wanted and could not respond properly when he was asked in which paint he wanted the colour made up in, once they decided the store manager informed the customer that the tinter was out on his lunch break but he would telephone him to come back and match the colour if the customer wouldn't mind waiting a few minutes to which the customer acted out in a rude manner that wasn't necessary. the manager asked the customer just for a little patience as the tinter would be called back to help to which he received an aggressive response and was told by the customer he didn't have time for such nonsense... So from what I can report back here, the customer has a completely twisted view of the events, and really does need to learn some patience of his own!
