Account paid up 61 days ago not updated on ITC

I' m off becuase these people have poor communication and processes amongst themselves, i paid up amy account on the 11th July 2013 and still this has not been updated as paid up on ITC.

Accounts just told me that i must send them the letter of settlement, dont they update systems when the full balance is paid? the worste is that Pienaar Sithole has been trying to enquire for 61 days as to why it has not been updated, i sent the letter on the 9th anc called today the 12th to enquire about reciept and any feedback, they say they working on a backlog?

How the does an retail indutry giant have a backlog? Iwant my name cleared and the ITC has not been updated for almost a year.

Try calling recoveries now and you get an automated message telling you they arent working at the moment.

CLear my name by no later than end of today i will submit a chalenge report to ITC, Hope this gets your attention.
