This is my last resort after multiple attempts to have my Transunion details updated by Identity and MBD attorneys; i have settled my account arround the 11th July 2013 and i was promissed a settlement letter by MBD, August around the 5th i called to ask why ITC wasn't updated they said i have a R 84.00 outstanding and this was not my fault because the consultant gave me the wrong total on th 5th july and the website confirmed the wrong total, i paid the outstanding calling on thursday just to find it has been zerorised, now i still have no settlement letter and ITC still show's R84.00 outstanding, i need a manual submition to be done to transunion to update this it has been more that 60 working days i will log a dispute in 48 Hours if this doesn't change.

And again i called today and MBD said they going to ak customer services at Identity, what where they doing the other times? i called customer services on 011 560 4705 jusr rings so much fro a retails giant with pathetic service
