My mom has a Pub and therefore has an account with the South African Breweries. SAB has a policy that your account needs to be paid before they can deliver your next order, however my mom suddenly received an account owing R40 000.00. She has since asked for an explanation of which she received sms's and phone calls from credit collectors instead. She then decided to pay fearing that they will attach her assets. To date she has paid over R30 000 of the R40 000 they claimed she owes them. The issue here is no one from SAB can explain how her account got to that amount. She is being sent from pillar to post and received threats instead of explanations. Today i want to expose the SAB for ripping people off. I am hoping this complain will get us somewhere.
