Almost a month and fone still no fix

On the 14 August, i submited a claim for my cell phone to be repaired as it has been switching off randomly. It took 13 working for my phone to be deleviered back (after i complained on HELLO PETER) and it was not fixed. I called and arrenged for another pick up for last week 03 Sepember for repairs, just got my phone back yesterday and its still doing the same thing SWITCHING off randomly and rebooting, The worst is the phone came back with all the infomation showing that it hasn't been reset or repaired the second time. WILL somebody from GAME deal with this please its almost a month now!!! If you guys cant fixed my phone dont you think its time you give me another 1??
