I called Tiekams queenstown on 045-8395839 and asked to speak to the manager or owner. I was told he is out of the country and the phone was put down several times in my ear. Now I have been in the service industry for 12 years and this is not the sevice one expects, stores wonder why the sales are going down, it it yet to be looked at. This is my first purchase at Tiekams and I will not be going back. Now my question is how many other customers were treated this way.
