Saving a few rand not worth late delivery

I have been a casual user of Kalahari for a couple of years now. They always have great specials, but their deliveries are ALWAYS late. I ordered a game on August 30th, and was told I can expect it September 5th. I have yet to receive my delivery, and after two calls and several emails, with each call center person telling me they would email me right away with an update (which has never happened). Honestly, I have had more bad experiences then good with Kalahari, and at this moment in time I am very skeptical of using them again.
