Sloppy service for Smart Shoppers

I emailed Pick 'n Pay 2 weeks ago to complain about incorrect pricing, bad service, and not being refunded according to policy. I have not had ANY feedback to date.

Very disappointing, have not shopped at Pick 'n Pay since & will not.
