Thanks - money refunded

I would like to compliment the Shoprite branch in Stockenstrom street in Worcester for good customer service.

During this week I have bought Hellman's Mayonnaise at this branch. The next day I wanted to eat it, and it tasted really bad and off. I only then looked at the "Best Before" date. It was in Nov'12! I took it, with the till slip, back to them, and received my money back immediately, without any problem.

Later the same day, someone from the branch also phoned me to ask how I would rate my experience with customer service, which I rated excellent.

I would like to add, however, that there were still more of the same units left on the shelf and I don't know if those would be removed from the shelf. My main concern was that my money would be refunded, which it was. Thank you!
