POOR CUSTOMER CARE

I have ordered a hard drive on [URL Removed] yesterday and payment was confirmed. When I placed an order, delivery time was 48 hours and that is one of the reasons I opted for that expensice machine instead of lesser ones. I log into my account today and I am told that the hard drive will reach me on Monday? I can't! I need it by Firday, latest! Kalahari must do something, URGENT!
