My boyfriend purchased a number of items from House & Home Retail Park, amounting to a substantial sum. Firstly it took days before the credit app was approved - with several follow up calls from our side... then the delivery was delayed. When the TV was delivered it was not in a box, it was scratched and there was no remote or booklet. They agreed to replace it, but it took over 5 weeks to get any response, with calls not being returned and with several calls and running backward and forward from our side. Eventually the replacement arrived but upon opening the box the tv was severely damaged. Upon calling Andre the following morning the implication was made that the box had been checked and there was no evidence of damage. Upon returning it to the shop they gave us the scratched one as replacement. This is a week and a half ago and they are still waiting for feedback from the supplier, with us having to phone again to follow up. We insist that the supplier should replace the damaged tv with an upgrade at no extra cost because the model is no longer available. The attitude is not one of urgency whatsoever. I am sick and tired of shoddy service and non care attitude
