I placed and order for an estee lauder perfume at the Westwood store in Durban on the 9th of August. I was told that it will take 5-7 working days which I was okay with. I called in again about 3 weeks after to query as to what was going on because there was no feedback, I was told by Kimberly that she forgot to order the perfume, I still digested that and agreed to wait another 3-4 days and she did tell me she is going to order it. Another week went by and still I didn't get any response. When I spoke to the manager last week Thursday i was told that there is one perfume available @ the Gateway store and they are keeping it for me and then on Friday I get a call from Kimberly saying that the perfume was sold and I need to wait for another two weeks.
I am a regular customer @ that Westwood store, this kind of service is totally unacceptable.
