Oughrt a perfume there on sunday evening, opend the package only to realise it was not the same one that i actually wanted, i did not use the perfume at all, i called in and spoke to the salesman that mans the tom ford counter instore, he very politely spoke to me explaining me that i would have to bring the perfume back to the store in order for them to it and then see if they can resell it, i go to the store today and he was not around apparently he was on tea break or something, so i asked for the manager and this is where i got this dont care type of attitude and i was trying to be as clear as i could with this regard but she was just having none of it, this is not some cheap perfume as it cost me 1400rands, she did notthing to resolve my matter at all, she called the salesman and he came and was about to take this perfume and assist me with this when she stopped him, i am aware of the CPA laws and so on but as a customer that shops regularly at this store this service was absolutely atrocious, at least first off all explain to me how best you can assist me as a paying customer and then help me with this regard, what i got was a little help from the salesman but just attitude elswh
