No Service, Bad Attitude - Don't shop here!

We selected 3 pairs of male shoes we were interested in, but we could not find a salesperson to assist with the correct sizes. I spent the next 15 minutes asking other salespeople for their help. Everyone claimed that they didnt work in that department and that I should wait for a salesperson. After 15 min, a young man showed up - I asked him for the sizes and to see a manager. With a roll of the eye and a grin he told me no manager was available.
After another 10 minutes, we finally received the shoes and a guy named Peter, who is a relief manager, appeared. I told him that the service was bad and he promised to rectify the situation. Peter found my frustration quite funny and told me to lighten up!
We decided to only buy the trousers that my husband had had pinned for alterations. Peter told us to go to the tills by Customer Service. Upon arrival, another young female staff member told us she was unable to take our payment and we would have to go downstairs to the women's department to pay and then come back upstairs to hand in the pants. We asked if we could not pay downstairs and leave them there for alteration, and was told no - we had to go back and forth! We left!
