Incredible Connection

Last year November 2012, I spend more than R9000 on a Ipad, and a Apple router, a few days after that I went back To do more Bussiness, I ask a indian salesman who is selling the apple products, I am intersted in a BELKIN GRIP 360 for ipad, he told me they don;t have in stock, which they always tell a customer, but he will find me one and the salesman took my Cell number, and said he wil call me back in the same week. I am still waiting his call, it is going now for three months, they just want to sell what they got and then when you walk out there you nothing to them, because they got there money, i mean spend over R9000, then i expect service, the people out there must think, more than twice if want to to support the store, they don' t get back to you, they think customers is nothing to them, and most of the time the sales people don't have knowlege of products, that is my impression of incredible, they just want there commision i will never ever buy from Clearwater Incredible again. I will see if they respond on my complain.
