Horrible service encountered at Mr Biltong

I recently had an encounter with who I presumed to be the manager of the store at the time. Firstly, from the minute I stepped into the store she gave me a few unkindly looks. When I wanted to pay and was looking in my bag for my wallet a woman stepped in front of me. I cleared my throat loudly and looked the woman straight in the eye. I then took a step forward, wanting to pay but the manager goes ahead and says "No, never mind [you] I'll serve her first". I looked at the manager in shock and decided to just walk out of the store as the woman who pushed in paid.

May I ask, whatever happened to treating customers fairly? The manner in which this lady treated me was attrocious. The owner of this store should take deeply into consideration the repercussions of his/hers ill mannered staff. I not only felt outraged but I felt a duty to tell everyone I knew [including through social networks] about the rude service that I experienced. I sincerely hope this will change very soon.
