I made a purchase of 3pairs not happy with one decided to exchange for another pair. She refuse to exchange bcos the pair I was interested is lower in price that the original. She insisted I must take any other pair that the 1 I want or higher in price. She refunded the purchase & refuse 2 sell 2 me. On the 3rd they didn't have power & refuse 2 make manual payments on accounts and were able 2 make purchases. I got to make unneccessary trips and waist my petrol trying 2 make a purchase or payment. She even have a tendency of making customers make a purchase after acc have been approved the same time bcos if they don't do they will forfeit the R50 off pirchase when opening an account. The service is bad bcos ppl at the location they don't usually complain hence we prefer to go to town bcos of poor service.
