Poor customer service

I purchased a tek 107cm plasma tv which had subsiquently stopped working only has sound no picture I have taken a extended warranty but have been trying for over a week now to get the unit repaired or even find out what steps need to be followed, I've spoken on several occasions to the branch in pe and east London but to no avail... I have spoken to sIya twice and he has said he will get back to me... the last time I heard from him was three days ago and still have had no response... this is totally unacceptable as you guys are quick to take payment but i still cannot get a straight answer... please can someone get this resolved asap
