Based upon a display offering free air time with the purchase of Tall Horse wine, I duly loaded a bottle into my shopping cart. Upon checking out I queried the lack of the voucher which no one new anything about.
After a long delay while Heather tried to unsuccessfully to resolve the matter, I suggested, in order to save time, that they phone me with the code when it was available.
To the stores credit, this did happen except the voucher supplied had already been loaded into another phone and was useless to me.
