Charge the incorrect price as per price tag

I purchased a water pipe wrench where the price on the tag was R95.05 and the price that they rung up was R114.95. I only saw this once I had paid. It then took 20 minutes for me to get my money back. This has been the third incident with me in the last two months and my colleague at work has had the same problem. The staff do not really seem the care much about the problem.
