Wonderful end to bad day

My husband and I were out shopping on saturday, and at every store we visited, and every place we ate at, we received the worst service. So we were clearly very frustrated by 5pm, which was when we went into @Home. However, when we got to the till to pay for our purchases, Japie completely made my day. He was so patient, even though the store was closing, and so friendly, making jokes and keeping us occupied while he finalised the sale.
He really made us feel valued and I would really like for him to be rewarded for his great service!
