Horrible Service

I bought furniture from the Furniture City in Woodmead in January 2013. At first I had issues with delivery, they would drop of thing in dribs and drabs and would leave things unassembled and would come back when they felt like it to assemble. I had to go instore and threatened to cancel the entire purchase for something to get done. My pedestals were delivered a month later, which would not have been a problem if this was communicated upon purchase. I then discovered that they delivered a TV and home system that were used on display without my knowledge. I informed them of this and they came to take the TV to replace it with a new one, which took over two weeks for them to come back to me with a new TV. It is now September and I have been waiting for them to come a collect this home system which I found a Shrek DVD in. I have called the customer care centre to ad nauseam, I keep being told that they will get back to me and no one ever does. The service I have received from this retailer is pathetic; I will never buy anything from here ever again. They have no sense of customer service, I don't even expect them to delight me, they fail to deliver the very minimum that is required
