Please turn to page 7of the advertising brochure for the period 4 - 10 September 2013.The fine print reads "All contract prices include mandatory itemised billing at R21.50 and CLI at R8.50per month". I maintain that if it is included in the price of the contract it cannot be added to the price of the contract. All I need is a yes or a no but the lady dealing with query at branch level can not get an answer from her Head Office.
