I am not in the least bit surprised that Edcon Customer Service sent me a letter stating "We have made contact with store management to assist urgently regarding this matter"- NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME STILL.Its been more than a year...

Its clear no one attended to this issue and they were not bothered whatsoever... I guess this is the NEW AGE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

ABOVE AND BEYOND DISAPPOINTED.
