I phoned mobimoola and inquired about their services, the consultant told me that they are off line and will not be able to check online and she asked me to give her my details she will check if i qualify for a loan and get back to me.

i never heard from her again and the next time i hear from them was when they started deducting money from my account. i never received a cent from them yet they are taking my money sometimes 3 times a month with different amounts. i sent them several emails and even called their offices but they still continue.

i am tired of paying the reversal penalties at the bank for something that i did not authorize for. can they please STOP taking money from my account, i owe them nothing. they cannot charge me for making an inquiry. i tried to stop the debit orders but they always come back with a different amount. i am tired of this.
