Account Closed but still taking my money

Hi,

I have successfully closed my account with you for over a year, however the debit orders have NOT stopped. I have gone to my bank to stop your debit order however a few days later the money still goes off. This is extremely annoying at this point and it should stop. Also I would like to get my money back.
