LAST WEEK I HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT AN ITEM I HAD TO RETURN BECAUSE IT WAS FAULTY AND ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS DAMAGED THE NEW ONE I RECEIVED.
WITHIN AN HALF AN HOUR OF THE TIME THAT I LAID THE COMPLAINT ANASTACIA CONTACTED ME. I TOOK MY ITEM BACK THE NEXT DAY AND SHE GAVE ME NEW ONE.
