INCORRECT PRODUCT SENT TO ME

A few days ago I ordered shoes (UK5) from Citymob. I received them two days later to find out that they are a UK3. I then emailed support and no-one got back to me so I then called the support centre and finally got a response after taking pictures of barcodes and what not they then tell me that UK5 size is sold out even though I ordered the UK5 but never received it. Now they cannot give me a UK5 even though they advertised a UK5.

I'm off that Im not getting what is promised to me.
