Empty promise NAME IS STILL ON ITC

I AM SO ANNOYED. I had a chat via email with Alta coetzee regarding my Lewis account... I agreed to pay up my account and asked Alta how long it will take to have my name removed from ITC. She confirmed that it will take 14 working days from date of payment. I paid my account in full on the 24 July but TO DATE MY NAME HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED ON ITC. I was declined after trying to purchase a house due to this darn reason and now I cannot apply again... I WANT THIS UPDATED TODAY!!! YOU ARE QUICK TO COLLECT GOODS FROM PEOPLE HOUSES, DEMAND PAYMENT BUT THEN CANT GET YOUR JOB RIGHT... DO NOT CALL ME I EXPECT A EMAIL RESPONSE AS I WANT TO KEEP THE PROOF!!!
