Could not care attitude for inconvenience caused

I bought a box of Nice and Easy hair colour over the weekend which I needed for an event over the weekend however when opening the box their was no hand gloves in the box. Very annoyed! I went to the store today however I did not keep the slip as I was in a rush to get to the event and then very annoyed by the fact that I could not colour my hair. The supervisor said I could not be helped without a slip or the box. Annoyed does not begin to explain how I feel towards their complete lack of help. I don't know why I even bother going to this store and in future will only go to Dischem!
