Terrible services by your consultants

I went to pep store to consult about the cabfin loan fortunately was so easy they way its advertised, the following day i got a consultant from the cabfin services calling me .. during the phone call he was so rude to me he ddnt even tell me who he was i had to ask his like "listen here im actually trying to help you. idnt need you but you do" we ended up fighting on what language i spoke it made me realize how unprofessional this consultant by the end of the he just said to your loan cant be processed n hung up on me, no explanation what so ever n that what it.. i have never been so humialiated asking for help in my life
