Too few tellers

I have been going to Clicks for the past year and a half for my prescription medicine, every time without fail there is a problem with check out long queues one teller serving 30 people. It happened again today. We almost had a riot. The staff seem to be non-plused. What I cannot understand is why isn't there a special queue for prescription payments? I will not be going there again and will get my prescription in Claremont. Highly disatisfied custome
