I am extremely irate as yesterday for the second time I went to Clicks in Canal Walk to redeem my points (prior to doing so I phoned UCount Customer Service to confirm if I can redeem my points at Clicks to which I was told yes). When I got to the cashier she did not know anything about UCount let alone about me redeeming my points. It is disgusting that you can implement a process and then the customer knows more about the product than the Retailer! I cannot begin to tell you how irritated I am with Standard Bank and this UCount rewards programme! Don't implement a programme then you don't follow through! To make matters worse the employees at Clicks had never even seen a UCount rewards card! I had to tell them more about it! This is now the second time I wasted my life to go to clicks to redeem the stupid points on this rubbish card! Do you want to drive away your clients! Is that the intention of this stupid programme! I am definitely going to cancel my subscription because really this is ridiculous! Clicks in Canal Walk should invest in training why employee people who know nothing! I find it ridiculous that you can be part of something you know nothing of! What horse-!
