Automatically deregistered and ucount points lost

When i found out about the Ucount program i was very excited about it, so i registered and got myself a cheque card so that i could swipe more often and earn points! 6months later i login to my online Ucount account, and to my delight i have R700 in points but for some reason i was unable to redeem? after a call to standard bank i was informed that they had stopped debiting the monthly fee and automatically deregistered me (without notification) the worst part is she says that i no longer have my points? I was devastated!

The Ucount program was the one thing stopping me from switching to FNB, and it flopped
