I have had a Woolworths account for a while, i have recently not had a job, i have been paying what i can under the circumstances.
They are forever harassing me with phone calls telling me that i am in arrears which i know of already!
It is not even the end of the month and they sent me a message telling me that they have notified three credit bureaus of my non-payment!
They have not even given me the time that the other companies do.
I have four accounts and this is THE ONLY ONE that forever harasses me and is making my name.
Once i have paid off the card in full, i will be closing the account, this is absolutely shocking and disgusting service from a well known and trusted store.
The fact that they are a company who doesn't respond to these complaints shows a lot about who they are.
