Smart Card rip off

We entered the Smart Card competition that was held at Pick 'n Pay Woodmead. When my daughter had completed the competition we were told my the promoters that we would receive 11150 points to date we have received nothing. I have called several times but have not received any conclusive information, just dealing with call centre agents. This is illegal advertising as they promise you something and as usual never give the customers what is promised. Pick 'n Pay must be really hard up when they expect people to stand in a queue for over an hour and then still unable to give the clients the points. False advertising Smart Card a waste of time. Unable to give the time as the time and part of the date has been torn off my Pick 'n Pay slip
