What is going on with your store???

Once again I have had a bad customer service & experience with Checkers in Horizon Village. As per usual every 2-3 months I do purchase a bottle of safe blu eye drops which 90% of the time the pharmacist, Johan Kruger, assisted me. As I wanted to purchase a bottle again today, a lady assisted me and when she started to ring it up he tell her not to sell it?!?! When I have asked him why not, what is the reason as for he did assist me many times before? He bluntly tells me that they cannot sell it, but it's on the shelf and the kind lady did try to assist me??? When I asked since when aren't they allowed, he totally ignores me??? Unfortunately I do suffer from sinusitis & hay fever and it is the only eye drop that does help with my eyes. Please can you be so kind to inform me why all of a sudden Checkers can't sell safe blu eye drops? I had to travel all the way to DISCHEM whereby I got assisted with the greatest service and no stories. Think it is time that Johan Kruger starts to catch a wake up and very fast, need to assist the clients and not ignore them bluntly when questions are asked!!! Checkers you are seriously starting to loose a more that regula
