Late payment fee

Edgars add a late payment fee every month to my account, because I don't pay my outstanding bill before the 1st of each month (this used to be the 7th). I only pay the 1st, so how am I able to pay before the 1st? They add a R100 late payment fee, on a R5000 account. Is the NCR aware of this???
