Over charging and no response to complaint

I sent Woolworths customer service this email 7 days ago and even though I have sent 2 emails since they have not bothered to respond.

Last week on 5 different occasions, that I am aware of, I was overcharged a
total of R50.00. The overcharges were for Apples and Brussel Sprouts marked - 'buy two and save'.

On discovering the errors I took my receipts into the store and I was refunded. BUT THAT IS NOT THE
POINT.

I am now suspicious of Woolworth's charging and also wondering how many
times this has happened to me before. I do not usually check the receipts as I
trusted Woolworths to charge correctly. It is only by coincidence I
noticed I was overcharged on one invoice and then check back on my
invoices for the week and found the overcharge had happened 5 times!!
When I requested a refund, the manager said she was aware of the
overcharging on the Broccoli

Now I have to question, how many times has this happened before?
(Unfortunately I do not keep my invoices for long so I cannot check. If I
had the receipts trust me, I would be checking them all!). How many
customers were over charged? Had I not noticed the overcharge, how long
would it have gone on for?
