Refuses to give a refund

I purchased 2 suitcases from Handbag and Luggage in Access Park Cape Town tel 021 6717226, the bag broke the first time I used it, I was told the bag would be repaired, then I was told the bag would be replaced, I received the run around since December 2012 last year when I bought it, the person who assisted me refuses to take my calls and just gives the run around. All I want is my money back. Please help
