Our Smeg cooker has given problems, the company sent their repair agent 4 times (different problems), and have now replaced the unit. It is a relief to deal with firstly a technician who knows the product, and is pleasant to deal with, as well a company who realises that there is a problem, and then gets it sorted out. Thank you
