SMEG: NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

I recently spent R100 000 on SMEG appliances in my kitchen... used a common everyday cleaning product on the GAS HOB and it discoloured... they sent a very rude French Technician, whom firstly said ''this is old ''...i kitted the kitchen 3 MONTHS ago... brought no cleaning products to demonstrate their claim and product which is apparently the only product allowed to be used for cleaning... trying 2 days to call Head Office, Durban & their National Service Line with no answer... got through to their Cape Town branch, whom could care less that i cannot reach my local Durban branch or the National Line, saying its not her problem if the lines are not working!!!???..WILL NEVER buy a SMEG product ever again!!..arrogance, careless, no after sales assistance... i am so spitting mad!!
