Clear my name

I am currently trying to purchase a vehicle and they are telling that Home Choice still emphasised that I am a bad payer which really irritates me alot. I have settled the account with them and they still bad mouth me. I will appreciate that they send me documents that states that I have settled the account and that my name is cleared and therefore they will stop messing my name to the dealers. What bothers me the most they still sending me letters that I can purchase to this amount however they list me as the bad payer that is very ironical.
