Eing ignored after complaint

So, after complaining on Hello Peter on the 21st August 2013 regarding an order I placed for a GREY daybed only to receive a brown daybed, I was contacted via Hello Peter the next day by Penny K, stating they are working on the matter. A man by the name of Ryno also contacted me telephonically the following day, advising I go in store. I did this, found that it was an error made at store level, emailed the relevant people with all the details and said either they sort out this issue or come collect the daybed and refund me. Needless to say, I have had no response. This is outrageous! The customer service as well as customer care at Coricraft is atrocious! They need to rethink how they treat their customers as we have the consumer protection act on our side! I want this matter sorted out immediately!
