Damaged daybed

I bought a daybed from rochester witbank. After receiving the daybed, the armrest broke, I send it back and was replaced, after a while the armrest broke again and also one of the sitting springs broke also. I report this to the store, and they collect it, after almost 2 months and numerous calls it was deliverd back. Armrest still broken and the sitting spring very poorly fixes in such a way that the seat part stiil show a hollow dent..I paid a lot of money for this daybed, but the quality is very poor!!
