TORN BLANKETS AFTER USING THEM FOR A MONTH

I recently bought 3 blankets from home choice at about R 1300 including delivery (April 2013). I then start to use them in July 2013 for winter, towards the end of July (the very same month) I realized that the two blankets are torn in the middle, I tried to call customer service from the Monday (5. 08 . 2013) but with no luck. I am really disappointed and also I have spent lot of money on these blankets. they didn't even last me for the whole winter. how can they sell damaged good for such price, it is not fair, they are reaping us off.
